RETURN INFORMATION

We welcome returns either by mail or in person at the address listed above.

The cost of return shipping is covered by Buttahatchee Outfitters for defective and damaged items. The cost of return shipping must be covered by the purchaser for all other item returns.

If you are shipping a package over $75.00 USD it may be best to use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return items.

Items that have been purchased more than 20 days ago, items purchased while on sale, or are classified as 'FINAL SALE', items purchased using a discount code, grab bag items, promotional items, and items that have been damaged after purchase are not eligable for returns.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item in question to ensure it is in its original condition (unworn, no strong smells, etc.), You will be issued an account credit within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation at the email address on file.

We do not offer cash/credit refunds.
